Search for workouts on YouTube and you’ll be bombarded with so many options that it will be a workout in itself just figuring out what to choose. So we thought we’d help you out.
We found a few great channels that have workouts of all types – cardio, strength training, dancing, etc. – and for all levels, whether you’re an absolute beginner or a fitness god looking to replace your routine when you can’t make it to the gym.
1. Body Project
Body Project is great for beginner-friendly low impact full body workouts. Most of their video require no equipment whatsoever. You can do them standing or even sitting, so if you have injuries or disabilities, this may be the perfect channel for you.
Their workouts also range from as little as 10 minutes to 45 minutes, so you can work your way up as your stamina increases.
2. Jordan Yeoh Fitness
The best thing about Jordan Yeoh’s channel is that all his workout videos are labeled with levels from 0.5 (easiest) to 10 (hardest). This way, you don’t have to get 10 minutes into a videos before realizing it’s way too advanced for you.
Jordan focuses mainly on bodyweight training and most of his videos require no equipment. Get started with his basic level workouts or try out the advanced level to see how you can do before you bust.
3. The Fitness Marshall
Love those fun dance classes at the gym? Then you’ll love The Fitness Marshall’s exhilaratingly hyped up dance videos.
Choose between his quick 3-4 minute dance routines that last the length of the song, or opt in to his guided challenges that include a daily checklist of recommended videos along with special 30-minute live or recorded sessions. Either way, you’ll work up a sweat and stay motivated with Caleb’s infectious energy.

4. POPSUGAR Fitness
If you’re looking for that classic workout DVD vibe with a slightly modern twist, this is the perfect channel for you.
Their in-studio fitness sessions are led by some of the best fitness experts and dance instructors around – such as professional dancer Nicole Steen and Hip HopFit creator Mike Peele. Their videos average about 30 minutes, are suitable for beginners to novices and are mostly targeted at women.
5. Joanna Soh Official
She might not look it as first glance, but Joanna Soh is hardcore. She makes her strength training workouts seem effortless, but they pack a punch. You don’t have to go far in the comments to find folks started her workout assuming they’d be easy, but found themselves sweating bullets after just five minutes.
Along with hundreds of workout videos for various levels, Joanna also puts equal focus on heathy eating and nutrition, since it’s a big part of the fitness journey.

If this list proves anything, it’s that you can absolutely workout at home with little to no equipment and without having to go the gym.
